Over nearly two decades, he has built a track record of delivering projects that balance strong storytelling with operational discipline and commercial viability. In 2015, he founded Temata Studios with the objective of establishing a sustainable, high-performing creative company focused on quality, scalability, and long-term value creation.

Aldo Swastia is an Indonesian film director, screenwriter, and producer known for his emotional depth and bold narrative vision. A cum laude graduate of the Jakarta Institute of the Arts (IKJ) and an alumnus of Berlinale Talents Tokyo 2022, he has built a strong presence across film and series. His feature debut, Kadet 1947 (2021), received critical acclaim, winning Best Film and Best Director at JAFF 2021 and earning seven nominations at the Indonesian Film Festival (FFI) 2022, including Best Original Screenplay.

Rahabi started his career as a director and scriptwriter in 2015. He has written numerous films and series in various genres. He has won several prestigious awards and continuous to grow.

Diaz has started his career in brand communication since 1998 and worked his way up to the position of Associate Creative Director at Dentsu Strat. He also won several awards from national to international levels.

Jesse has organized many national and international events, incl. Indonesia-Africa Infrastructure Dialogue, IAID Ministry of Foreign Affair, Business Forum in Berlin to music concerts in Malaysia and the Netherlands.

Iwan was a seasoned investment professional turned into entrepreneur by building his own investment advisory firm in 2017. He has a strong believe in creative economy as the next big things in investment.
